Futura is our futuristic interpretation of a classic Bock, a beer of Teutonic tradition. In German “Bock” literally translates as “goat” or “ibex”, an animal symbol of purity, excellence and versatility, characteristics that embody our way of brewing. Just as the ibex dreams of the highest rocky walls and open spaces, where the air is thin and above there is nothing but the sky, so Futura is able to awaken our senses and take us higher up, in the mysterious expectation of a new dawn of light and wonder. Tomorrow is now extremely accessible. Futura beer hides its 6.3% alcohol with extreme lightness and with that slight bitter touch on the soft finish that will make you look forward to the next sip.

Bottom-fermented beer, a Ducato interpretation of a classic German style. Bright red in colour, the cleanliness and balance of its malty notes blend perfectly with the hints of red fruit.

APPEARANCE
Bright red beer. Very fine and persistent cream foam.
TASTE
Its soft, slightly bitter finish balances the intense malty notes (bread crust, toffee, lime honey) and red fruit (strawberry and black cherry grapes).
FLAVOUR
The nose shows a lively aroma of strawberry and red fruits, supported by notes of caramel.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It pairs with roasted meats, sausages, smoked or spicy dishes, aged cheeses such as Asiago, Gruyere and Emmental. Chocolate dessert.
