Since 2022 Birrificio del Ducato is the new distributor of Duvel Moortgat beers in Italy.
The Achouffe Brewery, located in the green heart of the Belgian Ardennes, inherits its name from the village of Achouffe, where the myth of the gnome beer lives. Birrificio del Ducato is the distributor for Italy of the classic Duvel and the new 6.66% Duvel, flagship beers of the Group, resulting from decades of experimentation, passion and quality. The exclusive fermentation process, which lasts 90 days, guarantees a pure style, a delicate effervescence and a truly distinctive flavor. Duvel takes on a typical bitterness thanks to the use of different varieties of aromatic hops.
With the same know-how and experience, the brewmasters of Duvel-Moortgat brewery in Puurs craft the Vedett-branded range of beers, consisting of a premium Pilsner, a bold IPA and a refreshing Blanche
Maredsous abbey beers are still produced following the original recipe of the Benedictine monks.
