A long-awaited beer, meticulously created down to the smallest details. We didn’t want to fall into the stylistic redundancies typical of a Blanche and its preconceptions of frivolity and ease. White Riot is pure revolution and stylistic innovation. A simple beer, which at the same time embodies our philosophy, a Blanche reinterpreted in a post-modern key: in addition to the classic coriander, we add grapefruit pulp, orange, lemon and bergamot peels, exotic hops. Light and refreshing.
