Birrificio del Ducato is thrilled to announce the Ducato³ party at Cubo – Sky Bar for a day! On May 27, 2023 we will organize an event dedicated to the Italian and Belgian beer of the Duvel Moortgat Group at CUBO, the multifunctional structure in Via La Spezia 90 in Parma.
You are all invited to join the celebration of the brewing of Ducato, Chouffe, Duvel and Maredsous, with food, music, workshops and tastings.
We are waiting for you for an intense day of activities and entertainment starting at 12:00 at Cubo in Parma, where you’ll find 12 beers on tap from us and from other breweries of our big family, such as Duvel, Brasserie d’Achouffe and Maredsous. All accompanied by street food by I Due Gatti, a pizzeria born in the Food Valley – today with several outlets – known internationally.
But that’s not all, there will also be Tasting Workshops, which will offer technical-tasting courses focused on beer styles starting from 2 of the main ingredients of beer, malt and yeast. You will have the opportunity to participate in the workshops by reservation, subject to availability, at a cost of 10 euros per workshop including the tasting of 3 150 cl beers. Two interesting itineraries await you:
3.00 pm – “The malt in the glass: sensory tasting of selected beers”.
4.30 pm – “Discovering Belgian yeast: a journey through flavors and traditions”.
N.B. Each laboratory is unique. It will be possible to participate in both workshops by purchasing 1 ticket for each workshop. You can also participate in only 1 of the 2 workshops by purchasing the specific ticket. The laboratories are exclusively in Italian.

Ducato³ Party does not end here! There will also be space for “Art in the bottle”, the exhibition of artwork by the illustrator Daniela Panfilo for the labels of Birrificio del Ducato. To conclude on a high note, concert by Rumba Pesa at 18:30 and Mana dj set from 21:30 until 24:00.
Entrance to the party is free, but if you want to participate in the limited-number workshops with the tasting of 3 x 150 cl beers lasting about 1 hour each, the cost will be 10 euros per workshop, including tastings.
