MACHETE is a captivating Double IPA with a bursting but balanced aromatic explosion. The hops emerge in a decisive, powerful and imperious way, triumphing over everything and giving the beer hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit. MACHETE has now gathered numerous followers, due to its lack of scruples and the violence it exudes sip after sip.
TASTING NOTES
A massive hopping, with hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit. In the mouth it reveals all its character. Warm and rather full-bodied, decidedly bitter but balanced, it has a complex and persistent ending with balsamic and resinous notes.

APPEARANCE
Beer with an intense golden color and a persistent white foam.
FLAVOUR
The nose reveals hints of grapefruit, lychee and sweet tropical fruit (mango).
TASTE
Machete has a strong bitterness well balanced by its fruity side.

It goes very well with spicy dishes, grilled meat and fried fish.
