Single Hop IPA brewed with a single type of malt, Extra Pale, and a single type of hops, which we change every year.
The 2022 limited edition features the Azacca hops, which take the name from the Haitian saint
protector of agriculture. Azacca is a hop with a strong aromatic profile that makes it particularly
suitable for additions in whirlpool and maturation.
Its hints of tropical fruit, balanced by subtle citrus persistence, give the new Suprema Ratio an unforgettable character.
Alcohol, raised to 6% for the first time this year, perfectly supports the body and completes the sensorial profile, giving balance to the sip that is wonderfully balanced with the aromatic profile of Azacca.

Top-fermented beer, a mixture of recurring and unique characteristics given by the different type of hop used. The character of the hops is affected from time to time by the particular variety used in purity.

APPEARANCE
Beer with a golden color tending to orange. Persistent white foam.
FLAVOUR
Hints of tropical fruit (mango, papaya) with memories of candied citrus.
TASTE
Pineapple, candied orange, mango and memories of kiwi, followed by very light notes of resin.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Spicy dishes, oily fishes and shellfish, blue cheeses, apple cake.
