With only one type of malt and one type of hop SUPREMA RATIO, the supreme law of IPA was born. Our new autumn seasonal beer called Suprema Ratio (derived from summa ratio) has a distinctly hopped character, originating from the Simcoe hops. In fact, every autumn we use a different type of hop for this beer. It is a combination of a session beer with one single type of malt (Pale). In the glass you get a pale amber with an abundant and fine foam hat. In the mouth it leaves room for a light biscuit taste and then opens up to sensations given by the Simcoe hop. To the nose it gives scents of candied fruit, pineapple and even apple blossom.
